Successful first phase with energy provider

RLT Onsite has successfully completed the first phase of new energy efficient lighting in six schools as part of a national initiative in partnership with one of the UK’s largest energy providers.

As already discussed in a previous post, RLT Onsite has been chosen to work with one of the UK’s largest energy providers to design and supply energy efficient lighting to six schools in the UK.   The first phase has gone exceptionally well with the project manager describing the whole package as “absolutely fantastic” from design stage through to streamlined delivery.

The whole aim of this initiative is to promote energy saving to the oncoming generation.  RLT Onsite installed the KRYPTONLED and also LED and T5 fluorescent versions of the ANULATAC along with integral sensors.  The end result is an expected energy saving of over 50% plus the additional savings when the lighting is off during the day when before it was often left on.
